6. Limitation of Liability

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services.
No Liability for User Actions:

c. No Liability for Third-Party Tools or Integrations:
We may provide access to third-party tools or integrations. HealthyStart is not responsible for the actions, content, or performance of these third-party providers. Use of such tools is at your own risk.d. No Liability for Indirect Damages:
HealthyStart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.e. Limitation of Financial Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HealthyStart’s total liability for any claims, damages, or losses shall not exceed the amount you have paid to HealthyStart for the Services in the preceding 12 months.f. User Assumption of Risk:
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you do so at your own discretion and risk. HealthyStart is not responsible for any adverse outcomes resulting from your use of the platform, including decisions made based on tools, content, or recommendations provided through the Services.
